Adopt a Box is a fantastic gift idea for Christmas!

You can help us create and maintain thriving habitats for some of the UK's most treasured species

One of the Hawk and Owl Trust's most successful campaigns is the Adopt a Box membership. Chris Sperring MBE recently championed this fantastic scheme in the following video:

Filmed at Sculthorpe Moor, the footage gives a behind the scenes look at the boxes being created and insight into how the Adopt a Box project works.

From just £24 this habitat supporting membership package allows lucky recipients to adopt a box in one of seven regions for one of the following species:

Barn owl
Tawny owl
Little Owl

A variety of boxes are created at the Hawk and Owl Trust Sculthorpe Moor Reserve

The membership includes:

- A yearly update on the chosen box
- A personalised adoption certificate
- A card with a personal greeting
- An illustrated guide to Owls and their pellets or an ID guide to British birds of prey (depending on the selected species)
- Two fact sheets
- A bookmark
- Twice-yearly Adopt a Box news

The Adopt a Box membership facilitates the creation of successful habitats for a variety of species
