A new family-friendly trail has launched at the Hawk and Owl Trust’s Sculthorpe Moor Reserve in Norfolk.

The Sculthorpe Rangers trail splits the reserve into zones for visitors to explore. Each zone is illustrated by the trail handbook, with colourful pages specifying species and facts for the wildlife that may be encountered at the reserve. The Red Zone includes Blue Tits, Bramblings, Hares, and Peacock Butterflies and covers an area of the reserve marked by red poles.

Although aimed at younger visitors this interactive trail is informative and appealing to all ages and can be completed over a number of visits to the Sculthorpe Moor Reserve. Once completed a special Sculthorpe Rangers certificate will be awarded to budding wildlife experts!

This educational trail is in conjunction with the Heritage Fund and the Hawk and Owl Trust for Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve
