The Hawk and Owl Trust have been enjoying their time with Dippy at Norwich Cathedral...

Dippy, a 26m long Diplodocus cast from the Natural History Museum is spending the Summer in Norwich as he tours the UK. It’s a fantastic opportunity to see the iconic Dinosaur in a supersized setting of the Cathedral’s Nave.

Entry to Dippy is free, and you don’t need to pre-book. You’ll find the Hawk and Owl Trust trailer close to the tour’s entry point so be sure to stop by and say “Hello” and discover what Raptors and Dinosaurs have in common!

We have spotting scopes poised at the Cathedral spire on the Peregrine scrape, which are free to use and cleaned after each use; we also have books, gifts, and goodies available to purchase, as well as a popular wingspan guide which has proved popular with children and adults alike as they compare their arm spans to the wings of UK birds of prey.

We look forward to seeing you over the Summer at Cathedral Close!
