Flora SurveyingWhat do a warm welcome, Barn Owls raising chicks in nest boxes, cleared ditches, publicity events, scientific monitoring and Peregrine Watchpoints have in common?

Annual Volunteer Social Event

Without our army of volunteers we couldn’t do what we do! If you have any contact with Hawk and Owl Trust you will meet our volunteers – from greeting you in the Visitor Centre at Sculthorpe, to undertaking habitat management on our reserves, building and installing bird of prey nest boxes, attending events and recording what is on the reserves to manning (and womanning!) the Peregrine Watchpoints.

This week is Volunteers Week 2019 and we'd like to say an enormous THANK YOU to all the people that give up their time and volunteer in one of hundreds of different ways for the Trust, ultimately benefiting wild birds of prey and their habitats.

We are always keen to welcome new volunteers, so if you want to find out more, drop us a line!
